Order Policies

International Orders:  We ship anywhere in the world. Our Site will calculate international delivery rates or our Sales staff will work with you on delivery and shipping  information. Inquiries and orders may be handled via your choice of fax, phone, mail, E-mail or Internet.

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from accredited universities, governments, businesses and non-profit organizations.

Standard Shipping and Handling Policy Within the 48 Contiguous States: Shipping and handling charges are based on the size and weight of your order.   The weight of each product is listed,  we typically ship via UPS and pass along our discounted rates to you.  You have the option of selecting ground service or expedited one or two-day air. 

Shipping Policy Outside the 48 Contiguous States: For all orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, you will be charged our predetermined shipping rates. The checkout system will provide these rates.

Sales Tax: By law, Best Harvest must collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the states of MI, AZ and FL.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa® MasterCard® American Express® and Discover® for fax, phone, mail, and Internet orders.

Money Order/Checks: We accept mail orders and payments via Money Order or Personal Check to the following address:  Best Harvest Inc., PO Box 20428, Saint Petersburg, FL  33742   CHECKS may also be processed electronically during the Checkout process.

Prices:  All prices published on our website are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars.

Return Policy: We accept Returns within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.  If your product was shipped with no shipping charge or was shipped internationally, then an additional 7% restocking fee will apply.  Orders over $1500 will have a 10% restocking fee as larger orders incur costs that are not usual for a single item.  Please contact us to discuss availability of sample products.

Cancellation Policy: All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed above must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above. 

Privacy Statement:   Protecting your data is very important to us. We would like to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience and that we can welcome you back for future purchases. That's why we have implemented security and privacy regulations that are binding for our company and affiliated companies to ensure the best possible protection for your data when you make purchases on this Web site. We don't collect personal information without your knowledge. We don't sell, rent, or give your personal information to unrelated third parties without your prior permission.

In order to ship products to you, we need to collect information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, home phone number and credit card information. We use your e-mail address as a way to send you a confirmation of your order. If we have a question about your order, we may contact you by e-mail or by phone. For example, we may call you to verify your credit card information on a large purchase. We do this for your protection. 

Warranty Information:  Best Harvest products are sold with a one year warranty from date of purchase.  If your item is in need of warranty repair or replacement please contact us by email or phone as listed above. Best Harvest products are servicable only by the manufacturer.  Tampering with devices voids all warranties.
